Due to a rent increase at Dixon Hall, and other escalating costs, the members have voted by a two-to-one margin to move our second-Friday dances to a less-expensive venue. In addition to saving money, we'll enjoy more room for tables and dancing.

John Carr will start playing the tunes you enjoy dancing to at 7:00, although the doors are open earlier if you want to socialize and snack. Expect a free dance lesson provided by a local professional instructor about 8:30. Dancing ends at 10:00.
 
There is a no charge for first-time guests. After your first visit, the cost is $10 at the door. Membership fees for the 2010 year is $50 per person. Once you have paid your annual dues, your admission to the monthly dances are free. If you have not paid your yearly dues for 2010, please send them to John Levy, or bring it to the February dance. Your support at this time will keep the club active. 

Members and regulars generally bring a treat to share at the buffet table. First time guests should not feel obligated. Our dress code is business casual, no jeans or shorts. 
 
Dance Club 76 is an excellent opportunity to meet and socialize with fellow dancers, polish your steps, share tips and pointers with other dancers, and enjoy the fun and recreation of dancing.
